Branch lobbies are closed, drive-throughs are open

Service Update from CEO Jeff Kennedy

TwinStar Credit Union is deeply committed to the health and safety of our employees, members, and community. To join in the efforts to socially distance and do our part to protect and care for each other, we have made the decision to serve our members via our drive-through lanes and closed our branch lobbies. Our Walk-up ATMs and night drop stations are also available for use. We will be servicing the night drop during the day in order to process your items as quickly as possible. The situation with COVID-19 is very volatile and we will continue to review the situation as it evolves. We plan to re-open the branch lobbies when it is deemed safe to do so. If you currently frequent a TwinStar branch that does not have a drive-through, you may find the closest branch with that service at TwinStarCU.com/branches. Please make sure that you bring your identification with you and that you know your account number so that we can safely identify and serve you at the drive-through window.

We also can serve your financial needs with our convenient alternative banking options, including:

Online – check balances, transfer money, pay bills, send and receive secure messages with TwinStar staff, open new loan applications and open new accounts.

Mobile – take a picture with your phone and deposit a check! You can also check balances, make transfers and pay bills.

ATM network – access your money at over 30,000 surcharge free ATM’s. You can even make deposits!
