Important Message from the CEO

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented and rapidly changing threat facing the United States and the world. As a result, the health and safety of TwinStar members and our employees remains our top priority. Since suspending our branch lobby transactions on Tuesday, March 17, our staff have adapted to a new way of providing service to you, our members utilizing drive-throughs, online and mobile banking, ATMs, night drops and our Contact Center. We are now looking ahead as Washington State announces plans for re-opening the economy.

TwinStar will follow the guidelines found in the 4 Phases of Governor Inslee’s plan for the State of Washington. It is imperative that we open our branch lobbies only when we are certain we can maintain the level of safety for our members and our employees that you deserve. This means we must be certain we can maintain social distancing, cleanliness and have the appropriate PPE on hand for everyone.

As we work toward safely opening our branch lobbies always remember there are so many ways that you can conduct business with TwinStar that do not require you to visit the branch including:
