Improving the TwinStar Experience

TwinStar Credit Union exists solely to serve our members, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible banking experience. To better understand your perspective and experience with us, we are conducting a special study to learn how we can best serve you. We’re looking to make it easier and more convenient to do business with TwinStar Credit Union.
We have partnered with Strativity Group, an independent global customer experience research firm, to manage the confidential survey process and compile the results. If you receive email communication from Strativity on behalf of TwinStar, please take a few minutes to share your experiences with them. Surveys will start the week of January 13, 2020. Remember, we will not ask for personal information like account number, card number, address, or SSN.
