TwinStar's new online and mobile banking platform is now available! The new upgrades combine everything you love about digital banking, with enhanced features to help you easily manage your finances – anywhere, anytime. And all with a great new look. Try out the updates and new intuitive features that will help you manage your money with ease.
Check for updates
Before you get started, make sure you update to the latest TwinStar Mobile App. Check your app store for the latest updates.
When you log into online banking or the mobile app, you enter the following when prompted:
These are your existing credentials.
You will receive an email with an enrollment code and a URL. Go to the URL and enter the code in the email and follow the instructions. You will be prompted to set up a new password in this process.

Using two factor authentication
If you have never used a particular browser or device to log in, you may need to enter a Two Factor Authentication Code to use it. If the browser or device is one that you plan to use again, you can register it. By registering a browser or a device, you confirm that it is under your control and that you intend to use it to access online banking. Account security requires the use of a phone number for Two Factor Authentication. This adds a second level of security to using Digital Banking in addition to email (which can be added after enrollment).
