Transfers

To Transfer funds using a mobile or desktop Browser, choose Transfer from the Dashboard Menu. Click Here to see instructions on how to make a transfer using the Mobile App.

Transfer (Internal & External)

Use this option to set up one-time, recurring, or future dated transfers.

  1. Select the Transfer tab at the top of the page
  2. On the next page, select Transfer
  3. Use the first dropdown to select the account to transfer funds From
    • Only accounts that have a balance are listed, and linked external accounts
    • Click Add a new external account from the dropdown to open a popup and add a new account (this can also be managed in settings)
  4. Use the second dropdown to select the account to transfer funds To
    • All accounts are listed, including linked external accounts
  5. Type in the Amount to transfer
  6. Choose the Frequency
  7. Set the Date for the one time or recurring transfer
  8. Add a Memo (optional note)
  9.  View your transfer limits and disclosures 
  10. Click Continue to proceed, or Cancel to return to the previous page
  11. Review your transfer
    • Return to the previous screen
    • Make transfer and return to the dashboard, or Cancel to return to the Transfer page
       

View Scheduled Transfers

Scheduled transfers are located above at the top of the Accounts page for that specific account.  Here you can look at One Time or Recurring transfers as well as delete transfers. 

 

Transfer to Friends (Member to Member)

Member to member transfers can only be submitted real time, not scheduled or recurring.

  1. Select the Transfer tab at the top of the page
  2. On the next page, select Member to member
  3. Use the first dropdown to select the account to transfer funds From
    • Only accounts that have a balance are listed
  4. Use the second dropdown to either select a saved member or click Add a new member 
      • Enter the other member's first name (If you are transferring to a business account, enter Business as the first name)
      • Enter the other member's last name (If you are transferring to a business account, enter the entire business name as the last name)
      • Enter the six digit member number
        1. The transfer defaults to the first checking or the prime share if there is no checking 
        2. To transfer to a specific loan or share, add =XX after the member number where XX is the share number
      • Type in a relationship
      • Click Add Member to continue
  5. Type in the Amount to transfer
  6. Add a Memo (optional)
  7. Click Continue to proceed, or Cancel to return to the Transfer page
  8. Review the transfer
    • Send Money and return to the dashboard, or Cancel to return to the Transfer page

 

Transfer (Mobile App)

The Transfer tab located at the bottom of the app screen opens 3 options to transfer funds: Transfer, Bill Pay, and Member to Member. 

Members can quickly transfer money between internal accounts, or to or from external accounts outside of their main Financial Institution. To move money, members will need to ensure they have linked the relevant accounts inside digital banking whether the accounts are internal or external. 

Transfer

To create a transfer, select Transfer from the bottom menu then transfer.

  1. Enter the Amount
  2. Select the accounts to transfer funds between using the From and To drop-downs. 
    • A drawer will pop up from the bottom of the screen listing available accounts to choose from
  3. Select the Frequency
  4. Select the Date
  5. Enter Memo (optional)
  6. Click Review
  7. After reviewing your transfer, select Send Money

 

View Scheduled Transfers

Scheduled transfers are located above at the top of the Accounts page for that specific account.  Here you can look at One Time or Recurring transfers as well as delete transfers. 

  1. You should see scheduled transfers listed at the top accounts page. This may take a minute to load.
  2. Click on transfer to bring up the transfer details
  3. Click blue Delete recurring transfer button located under the transfer details 
  4. Click blue Yes, Delete button located in the pop-up drawer 
  5. Transfer will be successfully cancelled.  May take a minute to refresh the page.

Member to Member

To Transfer to a friend, select Transfer from the bottom menu, then click Member to Member.

  1. Enter the Amount
  2. Select the accounts to transfer funds between using the From and To drop-downs 
    • A drawer will pop up from the bottom of the screen listing available accounts to choose from
  3. Select a name from your saved list, or to transfer to a New Friend select that option in the To field.
      1. Enter the other member's first name (If you are transferring to a business account, enter Business as the first name)
      2. Enter the other member's last name (If you are transferring to a business account, enter the entire business name as the last name)
      3. Enter the six-digit member number

        2. To transfer to a specific loan or share, add =XX after the member number where XX is the share number
      4. Type in a relationship
      5. Click Add Member to continue
  4. Enter Memo
  5. Click Review
  6. After reviewing your transfer, select Send Money

 

Transfers FAQ

Can a member transfer from a share to their credit card within the same account?

Yes, transfers may be made to a credit card using Transfer.

Can we pay to our loans using the “Transfer”?

Yes
