Resetting a forgotten password for the Card Manager app

If you forget your password, the Card Manager can email you a security token that allows you to create a new password.

  1. Open the app and tap the Login option
  2. On the Login screen, tap Forgot Password?
  3. On the Forgot Password screen, enter your username and tap OK
  4. A security token is sent to the email address you provided during registration.
  5. Retrieve the security token from your email.
  6. On the Forgot Password screen, check I have the security token
  7. Enter the security token in the Security Token field.
  8. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
  9. Re‐enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  10. Save your information!
If you have forgotten your username, please contact us for help. Your Card Manager username and online banking username are not connected.
