We've received reports that fraudulent calls are being made to our members asking for their card number and PIN in an attempt to obtain their account information. If you received such a phone call and provided any personal information, please call our Contact Center at 800.258.3115 for assistance. Please remember that we would not call or text you to ask for private information. When in doubt, call TwinStar directly to confirm validity.

Updating your personal information

You use the User Profile section to update your contact information and other profile settings.

To update your profile

From the Dashboard, click or tap Your Name>Settings. Under Settings, you will be taken to the Profile tab.
Click Edit next to the different field you would like to change.
Click or tap Save Changes.
