Downloading and printing statements
Follow the below steps for downloading and printing statements.
Online banking steps
To get started, log in to online banking:
- Select Documents from the top menu bar.
- If you have multiple accounts linked, you'll be able to select an account from the drop-down option to view your available statements for that account.
- Select the document date if it's not already viewable.
- Once the statement loads, in the upper right corner, you will see a printer symbol next to a download symbol. Depending on which action you need, click on the corresponding symbol.
*Depending on what browser you use, the symbols might look slightly different.
Printing from Safari Browser
- Select Documents from the top menu bar.
- If you have multiple accounts linked, you'll be able to select an account from the drop-down option to view your available statements for that account.
- Select the document date if it's not already viewable.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the statement screen.
- Hover your mouse over the middle of the statement to display the menu.
- Click on the Preview symbol. This will open your statement as a PDF within the Preview program where you can then print it.

Apple Devices:
- Select Documents from the MORE menu in the lower right corner.
- Select the document date.
- Select Download to instantly view statement.
- Choose the share button, this will open a menu which will allow you to save the file, send it to a recipient, or print it. (Phone must be connected to a printer to print statement)
Android Devices:
- Select Documents from the MORE menu in the lower right corner.
- Select the document date.
- Select Download to instantly view statement.
- Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner to display a menu.
- Select Print. (Phone must be connected to a printer to print statement)
Additional information:
Two years of statements are available through online banking.
