Downloading and printing statements

Follow the below steps for downloading and printing statements.

Online banking steps

To get started, log in to online banking:

  1. Select Documents from the top menu bar.
  2. If you have multiple accounts linked, you'll be able to select an account from the drop-down option to view your available statements for that account. 
  3. Select the document date if it's not already viewable.
  4. Once the statement loads, in the upper right corner, you will see a printer symbol next to a download symbol.  Depending on which action you need, click on the corresponding symbol.
*Depending on what browser you use, the symbols might look slightly different.

 

Printing from Safari Browser

  1. Select Documents from the top menu bar.
  2. If you have multiple accounts linked, you'll be able to select an account from the drop-down option to view your available statements for that account. 
  3. Select the document date if it's not already viewable.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the statement screen.
  5. Hover your mouse over the middle of the statement to display the menu.
  6. Click on the Preview symbol. This will open your statement as a PDF within the Preview program where you can then print it.

Apple Devices:

  1. Select Documents from the MORE menu in the lower right corner.
  2. Select the document date.
  3. Select Download to instantly view statement.
  4. Choose the share button, this will open a menu which will allow you to save the file, send it to a recipient, or print it. (Phone must be connected to a printer to print statement)

Android Devices:

  1. Select Documents from the MORE menu in the lower right corner.
  2. Select the document date.
  3. Select Download to instantly view statement.
  4. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner to display a menu.
  5. Select Print. (Phone must be connected to a printer to print statement)

Additional information:

Two years of statements are available through online banking.
