Exporting transactions
Download a Single Transaction
You can Download transactions by clicking on the dropdown arrow present on the far right of the transaction and select or tap Download. The file is downloaded in a PDF. Currently, you can only Download in online banking.
Download Transactions of an Account
- On the Dashboard, click the account you want to download transactions for.
- In the Transaction History, on the far right, there is a Blue Download button. Click or tap Download.
A drop-down list appears for the Date Range you want to download.
- Select between the current or prior two months.
- Choose Custom Date Range to select a custom range to view transactions.
Within the dropdown, another dropdown is presented to select the File Type for which they want to download, they may include:
- Spreadsheet (CSV)
- Microsoft Money (OFX v1)
- Personal Finance (QIF)
- Quicken (QFX)
- QuickBooks (QBO)
- Depending on your browser settings, one of the following happens:
- If your browser automatically saves files to a folder, the file is saved in that folder. Open the folder to view the downloaded file.
- If your browser is configured to prompt for the folder for downloaded files, you are prompted to specify the location to save the downloaded file.
