How to pay your PSE bill with a TwinStar Debit Card

We have heard from members who are unable to pay their Puget Sound Energy (PSE) bill with their TwinStar Debit Cards. When PSE process debit transactions, they only use the Star, Pulse, Accel, and Nyce networks which TwinStar is not affiliated with.

If you would like to pay your PSE bill with your TwinStar Card, you can do so by following the instructions below:

Select to pay with Credit Card
Enter in your info
Skip the line that says pay from network below
Select "choose a different network" from the drop down
Select "VISA"
