Messages provide a secure way to communicate with us and are not used to communicate with any outside party. These messages appear in online banking in the Support item on the dashboard.
In online banking, you can attach a file to a message. The available file formats are configured by us and will vary.
How to access Secure Message
From the Dashboard of your online banking click or tap Support > Send a Secure message (Message Center)
How to send a Secure Message
- Click or tap New Message located on the top right of the screen.
- A pop up appears on the screen with blank message template
- To send a new message Type Subject > Type your message > Choose a recipient (Member Service or Claims processing) > Send
- All the conversations history will be available in message center.
How to Reply to a Secure Message
To reply to a secure message from the dashboard click or tap Support > Message Center > Recent Messages> Reply.
Each message you send through the message center has its own thread. You can reply to the thread, or start a new message. Messages older than three months are moved out of the recent view, but cannot be deleted from the message center.

When does the SAC (Secure Access Code) expire?
The text message includes the time the code is valid. Currently, the SAC is active for 10 minutes.
