Setting up a direct deposit

If you are setting up a direct deposit to your TwinStar account, you will need the full account number. Your member number, typically six digits, is only the first part. If you only use your member number, your direct deposit may be delayed or rejected. Examples of direct deposits include your paycheck, unemployment benefits, tax returns, COVID economic stimulus payments, or other government benefits.

Routing Number

You may need to start with TwinStar’s routing number: 325181015

Finding your account number in online and mobile banking

  1. Log in to online or mobile banking.
  2. Starting at the initial home screen, select the account you would like your direct deposit to go to. It may be a checking or savings.
  3. When you are on the account page, you will see two tabs underneath the account balance: Transactions and Details. Click or tap on Details to see your account information.
  4. At the bottom of the Details screen, you can find your full Account Number. That number is three digits longer than your member number and is specific to that account.
TIP: If you file taxes jointly, you must have a joint account with both names or the deposit may be returned
