Setting up a direct deposit

If you are setting up a direct deposit to your TwinStar account, you will need the full account number. Your member number, typically six digits, is only the first part. If you only use your member number, your direct deposit may be delayed or rejected. Examples of direct deposits include your paycheck, unemployment benefits, tax returns, COVID economic stimulus payments, or other government benefits.

Routing Number

You may need to start with TwinStar’s routing number: 325181015

 

Finding your account number in online banking

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Starting at the initial home screen, select the account you would like your direct deposit to go to. It may be a checking or savings.
  3. The transactions page loads for that account.
  4. On the right, the account name displays.
  5. Click Account Details
  6. The full 9 digit MICR number and routing number are displayed. Use Check MICR for your direct deposit account number.

 

Finding your account number in mobile banking

  1. Log in to mobile banking.
  2. From the Feed locate Recently Used Accounts.
  3. Click on View All Accounts.
  4. All accounts are displayed. Click on the desired account.
  5. At the top right, click Tools.
  6. Click Information & Details.
  7. The full 9 digit MICR number and routing number are displayed. Use Check MICR for your direct deposit account number.

 

Finding your full checking account number on the bottom of your TwinStar check

There are three sets of numbers across the bottom of your TwinStar check. The first set of numbers is TwinStar’s routing number (325181015), the second set of numbers is your full checking account number, and the third set of numbers will match the check number that is located in the top right hand corner of your check. When setting up your ACH or direct deposit you will need:

  1. TwinStar’s routing number (325181015). The first set of numbers on the bottom of the check.
  2. Your full checking account number. The second set of numbers on the bottom of the check.

If you don't have printed checks, or you don't have access to online banking, visit a branch or call us at 800.258.3115 to get your full account number.

 

TIP: If you file taxes jointly, you must have a joint account with both names or the deposit may be returned
