• Operating Agreement or LLC Agreement

Partnership

• Partnership Agreement

Corporation and Non-Profit Corporation

• Articles of Incorporation
• Current meeting minutes reflecting names and authority of current officers

Native American Tribe

• Constitution and Bylaws approved by Secretary of Interior & Commissioner of Native American Affairs

Public Funds
