When you log into online banking, you enter the following when prompted:
If you enter an incorrect password too many times, we automatically block your Username. If your Username is blocked, contact us to unblock your Username.

If you have never used a particular browser or device to log in, you may need to enter a Two Factor Authentication Code to use it. If the browser or device is one that you plan to use again, you can register it.
What is Automatic Savings?
When automatic savings is enabled, whenever a deposit is made into the checking account, a 3% of it is moved into savings account. This is optional during enrollment. It can also be added at any time.
This feature is optional and is not required to complete enrollment. By activating this option, 3% of deposits made into the checking account, will automatically transfer to the savings account that night.
In the Mobile app, there are two places to initiate a transfer: from the Transfer box on the bottom right of the dashboard, and from the Transfer & Pay tab. On the Desktop Click or tap Transfers> Transfer.
Transfer between Accounts (Internal & External)
From the Dashboard:
Use the first dropdown to select the account to transfer funds From.
Only accounts that have a balance are listed, and linked external accounts
Use the second dropdown to select the account to transfer funds To.
All accounts are listed, including linked external accounts.

Look for Transfer at the bottom right of your Dashboard.
Select the From Account in the dropdown
Select the To Account in the dropdown
Enter the Amount to be transferred

Look for To Friends at the bottom right of your Dashboard.
Select the From Account in the dropdown
Select the Friend Account in the dropdown.
Enter the Account Number for New friend
Enter the Last Name
If you forget your username or password and your account is not locked, you can use the Forgot Your Username or Password option to reset. Depending on the configuration, you may not be able to reset your username or password from an unregistered browser.
To reset a forgotten username or password
From the Mobile app, or from the member.twinstarcu.com login form, click or tap Forgot your Username or password.
Enter your email address associated with your account and click or tap Reset My Password.
Linking External Accounts
Follow these steps to link an external account in online banking.
Once you are logged into online banking:
Select the gear icon in the top right.
Click on Settings.
Scroll down to the Accounts Outside of TwinStar.
Click on Link an External Account.
Fill out the fields pertaining to the External Account.
Enter in Routing number for External Account.
Enter External Account number.
Select account type, checking or savings.
Choose what type of account it is, Personal or Business.
Add a description (optional).

December year-end statements serve as your statement of credit union dividends earned and interest paid for that year.
Messages provide a secure way to communicate with us and are not used to communicate with any outside party. These messages appear in online banking in the Support item on the dashboard.
In online banking, you can attach a file to a message.
Setting up Alerts
After logging into Digital Banking, from the Dashboard, click or tap Gear Icon>Settings>Alerts & Security>Tools.
Set up alerts under Transaction & Balance Alerts by clicking on the blue New Alert + symbol.
The following allows setting alert parameters.
Choose alert delivery methods: Email or Text
Select which account generates the alert
Keywords may be type of transaction (deposit; withdrawal) or descriptors (name of merchant, Geico; Verizon; etc.)
