Notary Services
We offer notary services at no cost for our members. A notary public is ready to help you at every branch! All we need is valid ID to get your documents notarized. Please note that documents presented for notary are subject to Washington state law.

TwinStar has a team of financial advisors ready to help you with your financial goals, planning, and management. They can meet with you at any of your preferred branch locations. They offer a range of products such as stocks, bonds, retirement plans, IRA’s, life insurance, or a financial portfolio review.

Whether it’s for an auto, home, or pet, we offer a variety of insurance for our members. We even do bundling! We work with trusted insurance companies and shop around to give you the best rate. Just ask a Universal Service Officer for a free quote, and someone from the department will reach out to you.
BALANCE
In our partnership with BALANCE, we provide confidential, no-cost financial education and counseling with an emphasis on our members’ financial wellness. Other programs include homeownership coaching, debt and budgeting assistance, plus many more. Learn more about BALANCE here.
