Below are a few answers to questions you may have: Who can create a personalized card? Members with an eligible TwinStar Debit, Classic Visa, Platinum Rewards Visa, Platinum Visa, Business Debit, Business Platinum card. (ATM and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Cards are excluded) Can a Joint Owner have a different photo on their card? Yes.

Pick Your Pic Photo Guidelines

Upload Guide Picture files can be .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .TIFF or .BMP format. The file size should be at least 50KB in size, not to exceed ten megabytes (MB) and at least 840X480 pixels.
