Exporting transactions

Download a Single Transaction You can Download transactions by clicking on the dropdown arrow present on the far right of the transaction and select or tap Download. The file is downloaded in a PDF. Currently, you can only Download in online banking. Note: Contact us for information about supported versions of Quicken and QuickBooks. Download Transactions of an Account On the Dashboard, click Transactions. In the menu on top Select the account that you want you download transactions. On the far right, there is a Blue Download button.

Reset Quicken, Quickbooks, or Mint.com for new online banking

With the move to our new online banking platform, you will need to reset your connection to TwinStar online banking from within Quicken, QuickBooks, or Mint.com. The attached documents have been provided by Intuit to help you through this process. If you see an "Error 102" or "error "103" please re-enter your TwinStar Credentials to resolve this error. If you see two TwinStar accounts in QuickBooks, you will need to merge your accounts. Please see this Quickbooks support article.
