If we see any transactions occur on your card that are unusual or outside of your normal spending patterns, we will contact you and ask for confirmation . If you have a TwinStar debit or credit card, you are automatically enrolled. All users are enrolled in both text and phone alerts. If you have a cell phone number on file with us, we will send you alerts via text messages*.

Domestic wire transfersOutgoing wire requests received over the phone prior to 12:00 pm, or in a branch prior to 1:00 pm on weekdays will be processed the same day. Wires received after this deadline will be processed the next business day. Incoming wires are posted as they are received from the initiating financial institution.Domestic (U.S. destination) wires may take 12 to 72 hours to arrive at the destination financial institution.
