On the main menu, under the Transactions category, select Online Activity.
The default view displays one time or Single Transactions screen.
What is an External Account?
An account you have at another financial institution in your name.
Where do I add an External Account?
From the Menu select Transactions > Add External Account
What information is needed to add an External Account?
The other Institution’s Routing Number
Your Account Number at the other financial institution
Account type (checking or savings)
What are micro deposits?
Two small deposits sent to your external account (typically within 5 business days). Micro deposits are random deposits in amounts less than $1.
You can use the Online Activity page to cancel a transfer. You can cancel a transfer if the status is Drafted or Pending.
To cancel a transfer
In the Menu, click or tap Transactions > Online Activity. The Online Activity page appears.
Click or tap the three dots to the right of the transfer that you want to cancel.
In the Actions drop-down list, click or tap Cancel to cancel the transfer. You are prompted to confirm that you want to cancel the transfer.
Click or tap Confirm to cancel the transfer.

To view a transfer on the Funds Transfers page
In the Menu, click or tap Transactions > Funds Transfer. The Funds Transfers page appears.
The Search transactions area lists all of the pending and processed transfers.
In the Menu, click or tap Transactions > Transfer to Member.
