Using Account Switcher

Account Switcher enables members with multiple TwinStar accounts the ability to manage logging in or “switching” between the accounts.

Downloading and printing statements

Follow the below steps for downloading and printing statements. Online banking steps To get started, log in to online banking: Select Documents from the top menu bar. If you have multiple accounts linked, you'll be able to select an account from the drop-down option to view your available statements for that account.  Select the document date if it's not already viewable.

Logging in overview

When you log into online banking, you enter the following when prompted: Username Password If you enter an incorrect password too many times, we automatically block your Username. If your Username is blocked, please wait before trying again.  If you need more immediate assistance, please  contact us. See "Password tips and recommendations" for tips for creating a secure password. If you have never used a particular browser or device to log in, you may need to enter a Two Factor Authentication Code to use it.

About Automatic Savings

What is Automatic Savings? When automatic savings is enabled, whenever a deposit is made into the checking account, a 3% of it is moved into savings account. This is optional during enrollment. It can also be added at any time.  This feature is optional and is not required to complete enrollment.  By activating this option, 3% of deposits made into the checking account, will automatically transfer to the savings account that night.

Transfers

To Transfer funds using a mobile or desktop Browser, choose Transfer from the Dashboard Menu. Click Here to see instructions on how to make a transfer using the Mobile App.

Forgot Your Username or Password

If you forget your username or password and your account is not locked, you can use the Forgot Your Username or Password option to reset. To reset a forgotten username or password From the Mobile app, or from the member.twinstarcu.com login form, click or tap Forgot your Username or password. Enter your email address associated with your account and click or tap Reset My Password.

How to set up external account transfers

Linking External Accounts Follow these steps to link an external account in online banking.  Once you are logged into online banking: Select the your name on the top right. Click on Settings. Select Linked Accounts Click on Link A New Account. Fill out the fields pertaining to the External Account. Enter in Routing number for External Account. Enter External Account number. Select account type, checking or savings. Choose what type of account it is, Personal or Business. Add a description (optional). Accept the terms for electronic funds transfer. Click Link B

What is an External Account? An account you have at another financial institution in your name. Where do I add an External Account? From the Dashboard select Your Name > Settings.

How do I get my 1099 or 1098 tax forms?

Will I receive a tax form? December year-end statements serve as your statement of credit union dividends earned and interest paid for that year.

Secure Messages overview

Messages provide a secure way to communicate with us and are not used to communicate with any outside party. These messages appear in online banking in the Support item on the dashboard. In online banking, you can attach a file to a message.
